  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (select at checkout)

  • All orders are shipped via tracked courier

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size

šŸŒ International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia
Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on location and are calculated at checkout.

Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in your country.

ā³ Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched

🚚 Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order in real time. If you haven’t received it, check your spam or reach out to us at hello@glowstreettan.com

ā— Delivery Issues

Glow Street is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect address details

  • Missed deliveries or courier redelivery fees

  • Lost or stolen parcels marked as "delivered" by the courier

Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope you absolutely love your Glow Street products — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

šŸ” Returns

Due to the nature of our products (self-tanning), we are unable to accept returns for used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.

​

If your item is unopened, unused, and in original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please email us at hello@glowstreettan.com with your order number and reason for return.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

šŸ”„ Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item and it is unopened, we recommend returning it (if eligible) and placing a new order.

āŒ Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, opened, or damaged products (unless they arrived damaged or faulty)

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Gift cards or promotional items

āš ļø Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. Send a photo and your order number to EMAIL and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
